1. The connection related to the input and output shafts of the divider should be rigid in the direction of rotation, without reverse impact and stable rotation.
2. When installing the turntable, sprockets, pulleys, gears, flanges, etc. on the input and output shafts of the divider, pay attention to:
(1) It is absolutely forbidden to hit with a hammer to prevent damage to the cam and needle bearings inside the divider.
(2) The input and output shafts and their outward rigid shafts cannot be erected unreasonably, and adequate center adjustments should be made.
(3) The input and output shafts are finished in h6 grade, and the hole diameter is finished in H6 grade. Pressing is ideal. In this case, the upper and lower limit deviations of the hole and the shaft should be avoided. The coupling must not be too loose.
